[Freeswitch-users] Calls disconnecting when using interactive touch tone services(Fedex, Credit Card company etc)

Hi,

I have an issue where calls on Freeswitch hangup when using DTMF (i.e. )
interactive touch tone services. I traced the log while this was happening
and it looks like an error in *switch_core_media.c * where it can't load a
particular codec and appears to hangup. Does anyone have any suggestions on
