[Freeswitch-users] Windows build

I just built windows fine yesterday.  It may be unhappy with rebuild, but I built fine. (this should cover master).... mod_avmd might have been failing for a few commits, but I pushed the fix for that module yesterday, all the others in default configuration built fine.
