[Freeswitch-users] T38->g711 gateway issues with latest master and v1.6

Look at

*conf/testing/dialplan/default/0026_fax.xml*

If you can create a self contained test case, similar to how I have in that
file for t.38 passthru then we should be able to make progress faster.
