[Freeswitch-users] Create table in PostgreSQL for CDRs

I'm trying to use the mod_cdr_pg_csv module for storing CDRs in PostgreSQL.

I can see the schema/fields in the .xml config, but are there a .sql-script
for creating the table in PostgreSQL with the correct column types etc.?
