[Freeswitch-users] Setting loglevel to warning removes log in fs_cli

But it cannot obviously be less.

Eg: if you set fsctl loglevel 7, then you can see debug in console with
console loglevel 7.
If FS is not logging at level 7, because you set fsctl loglevel 6, then you
have no debug in console, notwithstanding you set console loglevel 7
