seems your skype client is not correctly authorized... Eg, is started but
has not logged into skype network.

Have you inserted the correct password into install.pl ?

Also, I see you are using a 32 bit installation. That is not supported,
maybe is because that is not working.

Please, use a 64 bit debian jessie server.

Also, please read the troubleshooting and how to report problems section of
mod_skypopen confluence page, and next time you write here please report
all the needed information from debug.

Without those info, we cannot tell you anything, I'm just trying to guess.
