You should be looking for the event consumer that is not reading the event queue fast enough. This happens when you have something on ESL that is not receiving and processing events fast enough

Subject: [Freeswitch-users] FS EVENT_DISPATCH_QUEUE too many full_waiters
I am running into an issue with fs not responding. When we looked at a core dump we see that the EVENT_DISPATCH_QUEUE is full. How can we debug what is causing the queue to fill up? Which part of the system processes elements off of that queue? How many cores would I need to be able processing events quick enough?
Thanks.
