[Freeswitch-users] Question about JIRA stuck in "waiting for reporter" after reporter sent a comment

Hi,

  I have two issues reported in JIRA. In both of them I've been asked to
provide more details which I've attached as a comment. However, both cases
are still in "waiting for reporter" status. How do I change this, so the
assingnee gets a notification?
Or asking it otherwise: What did I do wrong when updating the information?
