[Freeswitch-users] variable_sip_to_tag not set in Leg A for bridged call

Not sure there is another place we can reliably set it, particularly in transfer and 3pcc scenarios. If you can come up with a modification that gets it in earlier in the scenarios it can, and confirm it doesn't break anything, toss us the change via a pull request.
