[Freeswitch-users] fs_cli will not connect on Fresh install on Debian

Given Brian's comment that suggests that mod_event_socket is probably
configured to listen on "127.0.0.1" but fs_cli connects to "localhost" and
so tries to connect to ::1 instead, which FreeSWITCH isn't listening on
since it's listening for v4 only. So you could workaround that by
telling mod_event_socket to listen on "::"
