[Freeswitch-users] Freeswitch RTP handling payload RFC 4040 / clearmode

I have seen a request for a SIP trunk with clearmode support, so it was
transcoding's need with no passtrhu as the customer search a trunk with
this feature. So we must be able to terminate it, and change codec to a
classic one.
