[Freeswitch-users] What does cause 'INCOMPATIBLE_DESTINATION' a hangup cause?

My freeswitch just answers the call and plays a mp3 file. Can i do anything
to make this minimum,? because Vendor is sending us calls with most of them
get through but some just hangup with this cause.

Can i make my freeswitch to support maximum codecs?
