That's correct, it's only available for Linux.

If you urgently need G729 under FreeBSD perhaps it's worth checking whether
Sangoma cards support FreeBSD. Or consider switching to Debian Linux, which
is the primary OS the developers target.

You could also try emailing consulting at freeswitch.org to see if they'd port
it for a bounty.
