[Freeswitch-users] calling again if the receiver hangsup

I've also seen this behavior when the called number isn't actually a mobile - but is something like google voice with 
multiple ring destinations one of which is the users mobile phone. In that case, nothing causing it on FreeSwitch side - 
it's just flakiness with GV.
