I didn't tried to implement this examples yet. I will try it and ask you again my queries if any.

Just as a small query, do we need to make any changes on Nexmo portal also while Integrating "Mod Nibblebill" or FreeSwitch will do all functionality internally based on Nibblebill conf xml file.
