We have a single Grandstream DECT version.  It has acceptable, not stellar reliability.  It requires an occasional reboot to re-establish connectivity to some4 of the handsets.

We have 4 Polycom IP 335s.  They are completely useless behind NAT.  I tried for weeks to get them configured.  All the help I got said to change a parameter that does not exist in this model.  These FREE to FS staff if they want them.

We have about 35 CISCO SPA504Gs.  Not cheap, but 100% reliable “Business Class” phones.  I know I am in a small minority with these on FS, but we LOVE THEM.

We use snom phones and grandstream's.
Easy to handle, nearly no hardware failures.

From my experience: Polycoms are the best, most expensive and somewhat larger learnning curve; i.e., it will take you more time to setup the first phone, but once you've done this, the others will be easy and your users will love these phones.
The second option is Yealink; much cheaper, but good quality. Most of our new phones are Yealnks, and out users are happy with them.
