>From my experience: Polycoms are the best, most expensive and somewhat
larger learnning curve; i.e., it will take you more time to setup the first
phone, but once you've done this, the others will be easy and your users
will love these phones.
The second option is Yealink; much cheaper, but good quality. Most of our
new phones are Yealnks, and out users are happy with them.
