manage-shared-appearance is only true or false.

This site is strictly CISCO SPA504G phones, so I don’t think I can blame Yeallink.  I will double-check all the phone configurations that use SLA.

In the FS directory, I have  <param name="manage-shared-appearance" value="true"/>
But these are external NAT devices.  Should that be passive instead of true?

I suspect I have a phone with a shared line configured as private.

It means the sip packet does not contain the call-info header so we have to do extra database hits to dig up the last known appearance-index.
Probably a Yealink, I recall them being guilty of this.
