[Freeswitch-users] Sofia recover without Floating-IP

What we do is have an external app that is connected to tcp port on FS1 and
2. When a socket connection error is detected by n nodes we update the
database and change the IPs to the "good" instance and then do a Sofia
recover.

This causes a reinvite and then rtp path to change to the good instance.
