Basically it went from Chrome (ipdtl.com) to a Freeswitch installation in the US, because the direct path to the UK was 
riddled with packet loss, and from there to a Comrex Bric in Wales. Freeswitch was important, because it allowed us to 
influence the path and to remove Chrome's DTLS encryption, so the Comrex could work with it. The location in Patagonia 
was a private home with a consumer 512/2048kbit DSL uplink, the audio was 64kbit/s Opus mono.

They used a "click track" to sync the singers. We were playing a CD with the clicks in Patagonia and everyone joined in 
on the 12th click. Quite low tech. :-)
