[Freeswitch-users] Originate + Bridge Timeouts

That's fine, when I use originate, I ignore early media.

However, when I bridge (e.g. an outbound call to PSTN), then I want early
media, but I also want to be able to timeout the call (both for any SIP
response + 200 OK).
