You will probably need to have postgresql in core, but please check if the
modules you're using for callcenter functionalities support clustering via
db.

At the end of the day, if it becomes too much for your internal resources
to design and implement a solution, you may want to write
consulting at freeswitch.org for commercial (eg: paid) help on this.
