[Freeswitch-users] No Video in Media Proxy mode

FreeSWITCH will already avoid transcoding if both legs have common codecs,
there is zero gain from using proxy media in most cases.  It was designed
for codecs FreeSWITCH doesn't know about.  Any performance gains are
probably purely mythical at best.
