As Michael noted... it seems to be broken in several levels. You have a few
choices there if you still want to work with it.

.- By pass media entirely, deliver directly to clients, you'll lose all PBX
functionality thou, as explained in, try it in an extra channel. Calls
works.

.- Use SIP.JS seems a better, well maintained option. Its also a fork from
jsSip, has a migration guide that eases switching
