[Freeswitch-users] Data modem (V32, V92) with SpanDSP

Of course a modem over GSM wouldn't be able to handle V32 rates.

Sorry for the simplification, I was talking about CSD which is actually 
digital (the thing that was there even before GPRS/EDGE). As you said, 
the network has an interface that converts it to V32 to communicate with 
analog landline modems...

Still in place here in Spain, used for small sensors like telemedecine...
