[Freeswitch-users] How to remove caller_id_name?

I cannot absolutely remove caller_id_name. But is
function sofia_glue_do_invite at string 938 I has find that bleg not
receive caller_id_name if it value equal "_undef_"

Additionally i create loopback call (FS gateway <-> FS profile) to update
caller_profile
