[Freeswitch-users] after fs update I suddenly get incompatible destination

media_mix_inbound_outbound_codecs was new around that time (and changed the
default behavior of FS as it defaulted to false now vs before FS behaved as
true essentially).
Anthm's note should fix it but if not  I ran into a similar issue but I
think

should cover most of the stoppers.
