[Freeswitch-users] transfer aleg via ${dial-string}

I has prepared draft of "transfer" endpoint.

Currently it can be called like
originate user/1000 at 91.103.196.13
&bridge([origination_callee_id_number=1002]transfer/1000/default)

I has some question. Please help me solve it.

   1. without "tech_pvt" endpoint is not working. How to remove
   "pickup_pvt_t";
   2. how to change "pickup_endpoint_interface" to
   "tansfer_endpoint_interface" mod_dptools.c:4203;
   3. how to enable bleg-channel reporting by mod_xml_cdr?
