I tested a dedicated ARM server offered at Scaleway, and it runs
smoothly. The only issue, the initial kernel does not support
high-resolution timers, so you need to change to another kernel and
reboot.

a pretty decent offer for a small hosted PBX. Their datacenters are
located near Paris.
