[Freeswitch-users] Upgrade Freeswitch to v1.4 stable version

1.2 configuration should work in 1.4 without any troubles. If you
install from sources, you can simply delete and re-install the target
directory, and then roll out the old configuration.

If upgrading from binary packages, it should work with just "apt-get
upgrade" or "yum update"
