That issue really happens. Generaly the fs_cli.exe breaks after typing the
same command twice.

     Beware of the following issue I noticed:

     When you run Freeswitch on Windows Server 2012R2 inside a VMware
virtual machine (I used VMware Player)  fs_cli.exe  hangs after some
commands typed in it.
     However replacing 2012R2 by plain Windows Server 2012 solves that (in
the same virtualization environment).

     Running Freeswitch on Windows Server 2012R2 installed directly in the
host machine (no virtualization) is OK concerning to fs_cli.
