[Freeswitch-users] PostgreSQL - p_key

Joel, i use MySQL (i know you're looking for PG) i have added primary keys
to most of my tables (Voicemail Preferences, Voicemail Messages, FIFO
tables) without any issues, i have yet to test against the the calls & call
state tables.  I don't think it'd cause any issues except if FreeSWITCH
ever tries to rebuild the tables in a later update, at which point you'd
have to readd your PK
