[Freeswitch-users] jira question about status change

I provided info to an open jira (FS-7027) which had a “waiting for info” status, I then tried to change the status but messed it up, apparently the supplier cannot change it back to open. When a jira is in this status and the info is fulfilled, how does the status get updated that the info was fulfilled?
