Guys,

Again thanks for your quick support, worked this time!

@Vik: that was it, <documen>t and <section> was missing out of the 
returned configuration. I believed somehow that fifo.conf is different 
than the rest of the stuff I was provisioning by directly copying the 
fifo.conf to be provisioned, so that was my mistake.
@Michael: It works now with load in modules.conf as well as without 
fifo.conf file being in autoload_configs, so problem solved!
