Hi Josh,

Some things to try:

prepend group name:   <action application="set" data="effective_caller_id_name=${group.name} ${caller_id_name}"/>

Try setting effective_callee_... variables to caller _id_... values when putting call into FIFO.

This works for me to update the name displayed on the phone.
        <action application="export" data="effective_callee_id_name=${user's DisplayName}"/>

I am trying to append something to the caller ID name so that users know what queue a call is coming from.

My phones do not support SIP UPDATE messages so the caller ID is not being updated.

Can someone please define a little more for me the variable "fifo_export"?

Also is there any other options to append to the caller name on a FIFO call?
