[Freeswitch-users] Question about fifo and SIP 200 OK response

There would be at least some value in this feature. I've got a customer
(running Asterisk) that uses queues heavily for distributing calls to
internal helpdesk lines. They don't want to annoy people by obviously
placing them into a queue, so they keep callers ringing until an agent
picks up, which is just a couple of seconds usually.
