[Freeswitch-users] ending bridge by request from write function

Hello.

Lately we have unexpected disconnects.  The message in log is:

switch_ivr_bridge.c:566 sofia/gateway/number ending bridge by request 
from write function

What this message means, and who is faulty: FS or provider? If provider, 
how I can demonstrate from logs that this is their error?
