[Freeswitch-users] Escaping API arguments, etc

It's left up to every module to choose.  It's often don similar to command
line args by splitting the list into an array but its not mandatory.  Its
nice to keep the syntax the same when there is no special need to do
otherwise but there is not a hard rule.
