[Freeswitch-users] NORMAL_CIRCUIT_CONGESTION on gsmopen

If it's an hardware problem (eg: USB failing to give enough power) I would
suggest to use a powered (eg: with the power brick in the wall socket) USB
hub between server and usb stick
