Please confirm,  my phone registers to 220 at xyz.dom.com<mailto:220 at xyz.dom.com> through a port that is sofia profile external, should I have profile: external and leave 220 at xyz.domain.com<mailto:220 at xyz.domain.com>?

I have it setup as multi-tennant, if that matters.

Guessing <redacted>.com isn't an alias on the profile? otherwise you would need to say profile: so it knows what profile to send it out.
