[Freeswitch-users] Avoiding media timeouts in remote systems

I have FS talking to a carrier, and got on-hold the carrier sends a
reINVITE with a=sendonly, so FS stops sending media, but the carrier drops
the call due to a media timeout.

Appears their SIP and RTP stacks aren't talking to each other very well.

Can I compensate for this by continuing to send RTP to keep the their MGW
session alive?
