it clearly states that is NOT possible to have multiple instances of the
same username on Windows. No way.

On Windows you can have multiple different usernames, and all of them will
*ANSWER* call for all of them. But each one of them will CALLOUT as himself.

Anyway, the wiki page tells it all.

If you need multiple skype instances with same username, use Linux.
