[Freeswitch-users] make current -- NOT

keep in mind these are developer commands and my not be the most
user-friendly.  That's why we started making packages and are continuing to
evolve end-user centric distribution methods.

I pushed a patch to add spandsp-reconf to "make current" so it will always
happen going forward but I'd hardly rely on it as a way to dist or update
prod boxes.
