It is not getting out through GSM modem as such. What I want is that simply
FS send a sip MESSAGE to the target using the sip gateway (similar when FS
send it internally) and using the gateway credential to authenticate if
requested by the remote sip server.

Basically extend mod_sms to work with sip gateway ...
