Probably you need to use something force registra domain on all sip_profile
into a DNS name (does not need to be resolve to the same IP in your local
network and from the internet. Then the client uses it as domain when
registration. If from the internet it does not resolve to routable IP you
can still use the proxy which points to your real internet IP and reach the
FS server.
