[Freeswitch-users] Can't find user

My FS server has two ip addresses, local and internet. When i register
from internet registering done without any problem. But when i call
with this phone from local network this error reads:

Originate Resulted in Error Cause: 20 [SUBSCRIBER_ABSENT]

It means my user just defined on one ip address!!! yes or no?!
what is the problem?
any solution experts?!!!
