No, it will work quite like mod_spidermonkey works today - synchronous
calls within the FS channel's thread. To make things work async would
require a HUGE middle layer between FS and V8, It would probably even be
easier to implement that outside FS (as a separate process), using ESL to
communicate to FS instead.
