[Freeswitch-users] Accessing existing voicemail after FS restart

Hi,

I am using the simple approach of setting up voicemail, i.e.

1. Drop voice mail messages using:
<action application="voicemail" data="default $${default} 3001" />

2. Access voicemails using:
<action application="voicemail" data="check default $${domain} 3001"/>

It all works fine and am able to leave voicemails and access them. However,
the problem that I am facing is, after having a few voicemail messages
saved, if I were to restart FS, although the wav files are stored in the
storage directory, IVR says that there are no messages.

Is there anyway I could workaround this, so that I could access the
messages even after FS is restarted?
