[Freeswitch-users] SIP/2.0 480 Temporarily Unavailable

Smells like someone has either disabled auth, or setup an allow acl,
because the internal profile in the defaults have the context set to public
unless you auth to prevent someone from opening up their default context by
accident if they happen to turn off auth.
