[Freeswitch-users] Callgroup intercept when using multiple FS Servers

I'm suggesting you bridge between servers in the extension handling *8,
thus it's only done on intercept.

You can then reduce load by using bypass_media so the RTP only goes between
the client and ringing server, not through the one you do *8 on.
